$2,250,000

This truly peaceful sun-drenched ~3 acre lot is surrounded by nature and shares lot lines with incredibly impressive $7-12 million Los Gatos estates. This large parcel will impress owners and developers alike with multiple potential almost flat build sites (up to 3/4 acre!) for very large homes (and ADUs) wrapped with spacious yards and numerous amenities. It's hard to believe such a quiet and picturesque setting is so close to town! This property's been in the same family for over 60 years, so it's a genuinely rare gem. Less than 5 minutes up Kennedy Road from Los Gatos Boulevard is the entrance to its short (recently completely repaved) shared private access road. The build areas will open up in front of you, nestled in a bright tranquil valley of oak covered hillsides providing the perfect backdrop for creative imaginations to run wild! An SB-9 lot split could result in two ~1.5 acre lots EACH allowing 6,000SF+ of primary residence and ADU living space. On-site SJWC water. On-site temporary PG&E 200 amp service; infrastructure there for simple conversion to permanent. WVSD sewer connection within 150 feet. Ideally located near schools, parks, shopping & popular restaurants with easy access to Highways 17 and 85 offering effortless commuting to the entire Bay Area and beyond.
